TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Talent Management Partner Lead, a senior practitioner and people leader within the Global Talent Management COE in North America.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in talent management, organizational development, or a closely related specialty.
• Experience designing and facilitating talent reviews, succession planning processes, and HiPo identification and development programs.
• Proven track record of consulting with and influencing senior HR partners on talent strategy, critical role planning, and workforce capability.
• Experience managing or leading HR teams, including setting goals, developing talent, and driving accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating talent data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex talent insights clearly to HR leadership and HRBP audiences.

Aufgaben

• Drive succession readiness across assigned North America client groups with robust talent benches.
• Lead identification, assessment, and development of critical talent pools via talent reviews and calibration with HRBPs.
• Partner with HRBPs on talent strategy and critical role planning within business units.
• Develop and monitor succession readiness plans aligned to business priorities.
• Assess organizational effectiveness to surface gaps and interventions.
• Execute retention strategies and stay interviews for critical talent with HRBPs.
• Connect HiPo talent to stretch assignments and cross-functional experiences.
• Design targeted development programs with Learning & Development and HRBPs to close gaps.
• Produce bench strength and talent health reports; translate data into insights for leadership.
