TalentoHC is seeking a senior business leader to drive growth, oversee financial results, and strengthen strategic customer partnerships across the region. You will translate strategy into regional priorities and oversee multiple Managing Directors, ensuring profitable, scalable operations.

You will shape regional strategy, expand market presence, and deliver lasting impact by building high‑performing teams and disciplined execution across commercial and recruiting activities.

Formación

• 12+ years in staffing, recruiting, exec search or related services with growth leadership.
• 5+ years leading senior business leaders and MDs or similar teams.
• Proven P&L ownership across multiple practices or markets.
• Experience growing strategic accounts and market share.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate company strategy into regional priorities and drive profitable growth.
• Lead and develop Managing Directors, set expectations and ownership.
• Own regional P&L, review revenue, gross profit, and profitability.
• Strengthen executive-level customer partnerships and expand strategic accounts.
• Oversight of recruiting delivery and performance across the region.
