Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across permanent, contract, and temporary roles.
• Experience recruiting in a digital/technology-driven environment with engineering/technical language.
• Consulting or agency background is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to craft customized recruitment plans and creative sourcing strategies.
• A self-starter who operates with limited oversight and builds relationships proactively.
• Focus on quality of hire with evidence of strong post-hire performance and retention.
• Experience supporting onboarding of new hires.
• Experience optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employment regulations and market trends across regions you recruit.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and full-cycle recruiting across multiple employment types.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for evergreen roles for rapid deployment.
• Champion the employer brand and ensure consistent messaging throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure a highly professional candidate experience and fair evaluation.
• Lead offer negotiations and coordinate with stakeholders on compensation and start dates.
• Advise hiring managers on role design, intake, and calibration of interview panels.
• Coach interview teams on best practices and bias mitigation.
• Architect and run the interview engine with scorecards and timelines.
• Refine end-to-end hiring processes and ATS workflows for efficiency.
• Manage recruitment vendors and explore new assessment tools.
• Integrate AI and modern tooling to optimize sourcing and communications.
• Oversee data-driven execution and assist with ATS transitions within Deel-based HR.
• Shape onboarding and early-tenure programs in partnership with People leadership.
