Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the strategic and operational recruiting efforts. You will partner with senior leadership to determine hiring needs and sourcing strategies, oversee daily recruiting operations, and optimize onboarding experiences.

The role requires 3-5 years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field. Travel to recruiting events may be required, and a driver’s license could be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field with 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in designing and implementing recruiting strategies.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
• Update recruiting procedures and onboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain contacts with employment agencies and other sources of applicants.
• Manage recruitment data, applicant flow, interviews, hires, promotions, and KPI reporting.
• Recruit and interview candidates for executive-level openings and build a passive candidate network.
• Ensure positive candidate experience and adherence to recruitment policies.
