Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. and LATAM across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices; LATAM practices familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles; provide consistent execution and responsiveness.
• Lead sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Apply structured sourcing strategies, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
