Job summary

Community Phone is seeking a founding recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, engineering, product, and ops. You will design and implement the recruiting operating system—from sourcing to interview loops and scorecards—while partnering with the CEO/COO to set hiring bars and calibrate candidate profiles.

• Independent, evidence-based candidate judgment.
• Sourcing alpha: build conversations with great people beyond LinkedIn.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience at early-stage or fast-growing companies.
• Clear, structured thinking and calibration of candidate profiles.
• Comfort with ambiguity and founder-speed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, engineering/product, and ops.
• Build the recruiting operating system: ATS, interview loops, scorecards, sourcing channels.
• Partner with the CEO/COO and hiring managers on role scope and hiring bar.
• Define and track hiring metrics that inform decisions beyond vanity metrics.
• Shape candidate experience and employer brand as a key signal of working here.
