Job summary

HG Insights is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner—GTM to lead sourcing and pipeline development across Sales, Customer Success and Marketing for a remote US role. You will partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, refine selection processes, and drive a strong interview schedule using Zoom and Greenhouse.

You will craft a compelling candidate experience through proactive outreach and efficient screening.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with strong expertise in hiring across the US market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to build relationships with candidates and team leads.
• Ability to source candidates via social platforms, resume databases, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong pipelines across Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and clarify selection procedures.
• Source candidates through online channels and inbound/outbound outreach to fill positions.
• Coordinate Zoom interviews and set clear expectations for interviewers and candidates.
• Manage candidates in process and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Leverage Greenhouse and AI tools to attract top talent.
