Job summary

Community Phone Company is seeking a Sr Talent Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM, engineering/product, and operations. You will design and own the recruiting operating system—from sourcing to scorecards—while partnering with the CEO/COO to set hiring bars and evaluate candidates with high-judgment credibility.

You'll own hiring metrics that inform strategy beyond throughput, and you will elevate the candidate experience and employer brand as a foundational business lever.

Qualifications

• Independent, evidence-based candidate judgment
• Sourcing alpha to find great candidates beyond LinkedIn
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally early-stage or founding hiring
• Clear thinking to define ideal candidate profiles
• Ability to evaluate diverse functions with consistent judgment
• Track record of delivering results and end-to-end ownership

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, eng/product, and ops
• Build the recruiting operating system: ATS, interview loops, scorecards, channels
• Partner directly with CEO/COO and hiring managers on role scoping and hiring bar
• Develop hiring metrics that inform decisions (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, quality of hire)
• Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer brand
