Sustainable Talent is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level Contract GTM/Sales Recruiter to support hiring across Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting teams. You’ll own 5–7 active GTM roles and manage the full recruitment cycle from intake through offer, partnering with hiring managers in a collaborative, growth‑minded environment.

You’ll source candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience, with 100% remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM functions in SaaS/tech.
• Experience recruiting roles such as Enterprise AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services/Implementation.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• A team-first attitude and a collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build hiring strategies.
• Source and engage passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative channels.
• Coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process.
• Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and client stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Consulting).
