Owner is seeking a high-performing Senior Talent Partner to scale our design teams. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, craft thoughtful strategies, and relentlessly pursue top-tier engineers and designers in a 100% remote role based in the United States.

You’ll partner with hiring managers to shape talent decisions and execute sourcing with velocity. In this high-impact position, you’ll own the recruiting lifecycle, build pipelines for current and future needs, and ensure an outstanding

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle design recruiting experience.
• Deep sourcing expertise with advanced research techniques.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple parts.
• Clear, persuasive communication with stakeholders at every level.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and resourceful.
• Growth mindset with a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer with precision, velocity, and candidate experience.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to surface top-tier candidates for engineering and design roles.
• Lead candidate outreach, pitch our mission and conduct interviews that assess skill and potential.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and define exceptional talent.
• Build and maintain a rich pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a standout candidate experience with timely, respectful communication.
• Actively monitor metrics and analyze data trends week over week.
• The role is 50% sourcing and 50% full cycle.
