• 6+ years of full-cycle design recruiting experience.
• Fluency with advanced research techniques and outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for top-tier candidates.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to offer with precision.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on goals and talent needs.
• Build and maintain a rich pipeline for current and future openings.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience with timely, respectful communication.
• Measure and analyze recruiting metrics weekly.
