Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Partner to scale our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting with a strategic, data-informed approach, partnering with hiring managers and the broader Talent and People team to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.
This remote role covers US and Canada, with base pay zones in USD and CAD, plus eligibility for the company bonus program.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
- Experience hiring for Product and Engineering roles.
- Sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent across Product, Engineering, and Design.
- International or global market recruiting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies.
- Source, assess, and hire across product, design, and engineering teams using data.
- Champion the candidate experience with clear, timely communication and actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with Compensation, HR, and Total Rewards on initiatives and analytics.
- Adapt strategies across borders to maintain high close rates across locations.
