Vertex’s Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a seasoned Principal Talent Partner to lead recruiting for mid-level to executive roles. You will shape sourcing strategies, advise hiring managers, and drive exceptional candidate experiences across the organization.

With 8+ years of recruiting expertise in disputes or professional services, you will leverage ATS and data analytics to improve hiring outcomes. Expect a comprehensive benefits package, a discretionary bonus, and ongoing career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with corresponding years of experience in recruiting
• 11 years of related experience with no degree is also eligible

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-level, specialized, and executive roles
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
• Build relationships with hiring managers and guide recruitment strategies
• Utilize social media, headhunting, job boards, and networking to attract candidates
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates with a positive experience
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers for smooth onboarding
• Improve recruiting processes and maintain ATS data
• Coach and mentor junior recruiters
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
