Versaterm is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for complex leadership roles, partnering with the C-suite to shape hiring strategy. The role emphasizes executive presence, confidential searches, and proactive talent mapping to support growth across the organization.

You will drive high-quality candidate experiences, leverage AI-enabled tools, and ensure recruiting processes align with compliance and privacy standards across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong executive presence to influence C-suite and senior leaders.
• Experience delivering talent programs from planning through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles across the organization.
• Manage confidential searches and high-impact mandates.
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent-mapping for senior talent.
• Deliver high-quality, high-touch candidate experiences for senior candidates.
• Advise leaders using market intel and compensation insights.
• Oversee executive and VP searches in collaboration with TA Manager.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
