Job summary

Versaterm is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization, focusing on complex, confidential, and leadership roles. You will partner with C-suite executives on hiring strategy and mentor the TA team on executive searches.

The role involves owning the full-cycle process for senior roles, developing proactive sourcing plans, and using AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency with sound judgement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in HR or business
• 7+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting Senior Manager and Director roles
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to shape current and future hiring needs and influence role requirements, hiring plans, and selection decisions.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Senior Manager, Director, and other leadership roles, including confidential searches.
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent-mapping strategies for senior talent, including passive outreach and networking.
• Deliver a high-quality, high-touch candidate experience for senior candidates.
• Advise leaders using recruitment metrics and market intelligence to inform hiring strategy.
• Lead the planning and delivery of talent acquisition initiatives and programs with clear scope and timelines.
• Apply critical thinking to improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting efficiency while maintaining human judgement in hiring decisions.
• Support manager training on structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices.
• Coach the TA team on best practices for complex searches.
