Job summary

ACES is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner focused on leadership recruiting to partner with executives and hiring leaders. This senior role owns full-cycle recruitment for Director-level and other leadership positions, drives sourcing, engages passive candidates, and partners with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
Experience independently managing Director-level searches
Experience partnering with executives on complex searches
Experience coordinating onboarding with HR/IT and leadership

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for Director-level, CD, RD and other leadership roles
Develop targeted sourcing strategies and engage passive leadership talent
Assess candidates for experience, leadership, business impact, and fit
Build and maintain leadership pipelines for recurring needs
Guide candidates through interview, offer, and preboarding with a high-touch experience
Partner with HR, IT, and hiring leaders to ensure smooth onboarding
