Job summary

Community Phone is seeking a recruiting leader to own full-cycle hiring across GTM, engineering/product, and ops, partnering with the CEO, COO, and hiring managers to scope roles and set the hiring bar.

You will build the recruiting operating system from scratch, including ATS, interview structure, scorecards, and sourcing channels, while managing metrics and candidate experience in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven independent, evidence-based candidate judgment.
• Ability to source high-quality talent through non-traditional channels.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience at an early-stage or fast-growing company.
• Ability to evaluate diverse roles ranging from growth hires to engineers.
• Track record of end-to-end responsibility and delivering results.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced decision-making.
