Job summary

SambaNova Systems is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with go-to-market and product teams, owning full lifecycle recruiting from role design to closing top talent. You’ll work with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product in a dynamic, competitive market.

The role is a 6-month contract with the option to extend or convert to full-time based on performance. You’ll source passive talent, design interviews, and keep Greenhouse data up to date.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience focused on go-to-market and product roles.
• Experience filling roles such as Account Executive, Product Manager, Product Marketing, and Customer Success Manager.
• Ability to influence senior business leadership and build strong pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate pipelines, and design interviews.
• Source passive talent via LinkedIn, referrals, events, and targeted outreach.
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and track key metrics.

• The Talent Acquisition team works with SambaNova leadership to build the teams that take our full-stack AI platform to market, from the people who sell and market it to the people who make customers successful and shape the product roadmap
• We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to partner with our go-to-market and product organizations
• You’ll own full lifecycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, working directly with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate pipelines, and close top talent in a competitive market
• This is a 6-month contract with the option to extend or convert to a full-time position based on performance
• Partner with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to define roles, write job descriptions, calibrate pipeline, and design interviews
• Source passive talent through LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, communities, and targeted outreach across the enterprise software and AI ecosystem
• Own full lifecycle recruiting for roles across Sales (AEs, SDRs, sales engineers, sales leadership), Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
• Keep feedback loops tight across interviewers and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and track the metrics that matter
