Job summary

Macmillan Davies is a high-growth tech startup seeking a founding GTM Recruiter. This second talent hire will own end-to-end recruiting for go-to-market roles, starting with Account Executives, and build scalable hiring processes from the ground up.

You’ll engage passive candidates, map the market, and influence leadership with strategic hiring plans. You’ll work directly with the Head of Talent and founders, shaping how the company attracts top talent during a critical growth phase.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of full-cycle recruiting or GTM experience in a high-growth business.
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting GTM, commercial or broader business functions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, with an initial focus on go-to-market hiring, including Account Executives.
• Source and engage exceptional talent through market mapping, creative outreach and proactive pipeline building.
• Win candidates over by selling the opportunity, creating momentum and navigating competing offers.
• Build recruitment processes from scratch, helping shape interview processes, candidate experience and scalable hiring systems.
• Partner directly with the Head of Talent and founders, translating business priorities into effective hiring strategies.
