Reflection AI Ltd is seeking a Senior Talent Operations Specialist to own the systems and data behind hiring. You will run Ashby end-to-end, manage configurations, templates, and interview structures, and build reporting that shows where hiring is strong and where it needs improvement.

You will work with the Recruiting Operations Manager to turn structured hiring and interviewer training into practical tools and measurable outcomes, ensuring data quality and scalable processes as the company

Formación

• 4+ years in recruiting operations or talent systems with ownership of an ATS and its reporting.
• Experience owning ATS and related reporting.
• Deep hands-on Ashby experience, including implementation, migration or major re-configuration.
• Ability to build dashboards that drive decision-making and understand recruiting metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own Ashby end-to-end: configuration, permissions, reference data, templates, interview plan structure, feedback forms, openings and job setup standards.
• Build and maintain reporting for audiences: pipeline health, time to fill, declines, competitor analysis, interviewer load, source effectiveness, scheduling SLAs, and proactive alerts.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and hygiene sweeps.
• Develop materials and track completion for interviewer and hiring manager training against SLAs.
• Own the documentation system and onboarding for recruiting tools and wiki.
• Run candidate experience surveys and translate results into fixes.
