Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Talent Management professional to advance leadership development and talent strategies across the organization. You will support the design and delivery of development programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive inclusive talent initiatives to align with business priorities.

You will contribute to talent management projects, adopt technology to improve processes, and ensure effective communication around talent strategies while working nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with talent management and leadership development.
• Ability to design and deliver development programs.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the operational execution of talent management strategies and initiatives
• Assisting in the delivery of talent development programs based on organizational needs and talent gaps
• Participating in the design and delivery of leadership development and high‑potential programs
• Facilitating the adoption of talent management technology to improve processes and user experience
• Engaging with stakeholders to deliver customized talent management solutions and interventions
• Supporting the execution of talent‑related communication strategies to ensure clear messaging and engagement
• Assisting with the management of talent management projects, ensuring alignment with strategic HR priorities
• Facilitating the nomination and selection process for internal and external talent development programs
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
