Job summary

Jam City, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Management to lead the People Partner team in our Los Angeles office.

You will own talent programs that drive performance and growth and partner with senior leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change. You will co-design the performance management program with Total Rewards & People Operations, lead leader-facing execution, and build career frameworks with internal mobility in mind.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing HR or People Partner team members.
• Experience in change management and leading organizational initiatives.
• 8+ years of HRBP or talent management experience, including ownership of company-wide talent programs.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve HR workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn workforce data into clear recommendations.
• Proven ability to build credibility and partner with executive-level leaders.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws; California employment law experience a plus.
• Experience designing and launching performance management, career development, or leadership programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Partner team and own talent programs driving performance and growth.
• Partner with senior leaders to align employee relations, performance management and career development with business needs.
• Co-design the performance management program with Total Rewards & People Operations, including goal setting, calibration, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Build career frameworks and internal mobility programs with Total Rewards on job architecture.
• Lead manager development and leadership training, from onboarding to coaching and workshops.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition to connect talent programs to compensation, promotions, and hiring.
• Turn talent insights into action by partnering with People Operations on data and reporting.
