Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve enterprise performance program called Game Changers.
• Own program design, governance, communications, and measurement.
• Partner with HRBPs, Rewards, L&D, and People Analytics to scale solutions.
• Monitor adoption, impact, and alignment with business goals.
• Translate strategy into actionable, scalable execution at senior levels.
