Job summary

Jam City in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Management to lead the People Partner team and own talent programs that drive performance and growth. You will partner with senior leaders as a strategic advisor and ensure programs are effective, consistent, and aligned to business needs.

You will oversee performance management, career development, leadership programs, and change management, while championing the use of AI to enhance HR processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HRBP or talent management experience with ownership of company‑wide programs.
• 2+ years managing HR or People Partner team members.
• Proven ability to partner with executive-level leaders.
• Experience designing and launching performance, career development, or leadership programs.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment law; California employment law experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve HR workflows.
• Strong analytical skills turning workforce data into clear recommendations.
• Experience in change management and leading organizational initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be local to the greater Los Angeles area and able to work from the office 5 days a week.

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing strategic decisions.
• Escalation point for complex employee relations matters with fair outcomes.
• Guide leaders through organizational change, aligning communication and infrastructure.
• Coach leaders to strengthen decision-making, leadership capability, and team effectiveness.
• Co-design performance management and lead leader-facing execution with Total Rewards.
