Job summary

RLI is seeking a Senior Talent Development Specialist in Peoria, IL, to lead leadership development programs and cultivate a strengths-based culture across the organization. You will facilitate CliftonStrengths workshops and leverage Workday Learning to enhance the talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience in talent development or HR.

• Manage RLI U and Workday Learning initiatives to boost engagement and capability.
