Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Senior Associate to support enterprise learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives. This hybrid role requires coordinating executive programs, designing resources, and analyzing data across multiple priorities.

The position involves facilitating workshops, managing LMS/LXP content, and creating dashboards to measure outcomes. Strong MS Office skills and experience with LMS/LXP platforms are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in learning & development, talent management, project coordination, or corporate communications.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and applied AI/productivity tools. Experience with LMS, LXP, or HRIS platforms preferred.
• Core competencies: project management, data visualization, facilitation skills, attention to detail, and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, communications, stakeholder engagement, and logistics for senior leader development sessions, assessments, and team-building events.
• Design job aids, toolkits, and presentation slides; curate content within the Learning Experience Platform (LXP); and track learner participation.
• Draft executive-ready communications and facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
• Build dashboards and reports to track learning outcomes, identify process efficiencies, and securely manage sensitive talent data.
