• Design, develop, and facilitate learning programs for professional/leaders across the organization.
• Partner with leaders and HR to assess development needs and translate into learning solutions.
• Lead leadership development initiatives, including workshops, cohorts, and learning labs.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences for listeners from individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create effective experiences.
• Support performance management, employee development, and talent processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact learning programs for employees and leaders.
• Partner with business leaders to align programs with priorities.
