Job summary

Grady Health System seeks a Senior Talent Development Architect to create and design virtual, in-person, and blended learning experiences. You will ensure instructional design best practices and use of learning technologies across diverse delivery methods, collaborating with HR partners, SMEs, and executives.

This role provides project leadership for complex programs, mentors learning professionals, and drives innovation in learning strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, OD, Education, ID, or related field.
• 5+ years in learning and development or related areas.
• Experience designing virtual, classroom, eLearning, blended, and leadership programs.
• Experience leading complex projects and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design virtual and in-person educational experiences with diverse media.
• Provide PM oversight and manage cross-functional projects.
• Lead talent development initiatives and mentor learning professionals.
• Collaborate with HR partners, SMEs, facilitators, and leaders.
