AdventHealth is seeking a senior leader to reimagine and guide a best-in-class Learning and Development function. The role partners with executive leadership to craft a comprehensive strategy and cascade it across AH markets, uniting leadership, clinical learners and future talent.

You will embed the organization’s mission and values in all learning experiences, collaborate with external universities, and drive governance and resource planning to deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Reimagines and leads a best-in-class Learning and Development function.
• Develops and executes L&D strategy with senior leaders and cascades across AH markets.
• Identifies synergies between learning communities – Leadership, Team Members, Clinical Learners, Future Talent.
• Ensures mission, values and leadership framework are embedded in learning experiences.
• Partners with external universities to support talent pipelines.
• Supports governance and plans in partnership with senior leadership.
• Maintains relationships to enable best use of learning capabilities for business results.
• Continuously assesses organizational needs and adjusts strategies.
• Communicates learning strategy, progress and forecasts; drives unified learning platforms.
