Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to lead the design and execution of our company-wide learning strategy. You will build scalable training programs, establish governance, and partner with Operations and HR to close capability gaps across growing manufacturing activities.

The role emphasizes technical training, onboarding, certification, leadership development, and measurement of learning outcomes to drive productivity, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning and development, training, or organizational development.
• Experience managing learning programs and designing technical training.
• Experience building leadership and management development curricula.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the L&D strategy.
• Develop scalable training frameworks and governance.
• Create onboarding, certification, and competency models for technical and operational training.
• Design leadership and management development curricula and pathways.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and business leaders to identify capability gaps.
• Implement training operations, tracking, and analytics.
• Ensure training supports quality, safety, and performance objectives.
