Job summary

AdventHealth seeks a visionary VP, Learning and Development to define and lead a world-class learning function across markets. The role focuses on a strategic learning vision, culture, and performance improvement aligned with the organization's mission.

The leader will partner with senior executives to design scalable programs, nurture future talent, and drive continuous improvement through innovation in learning platforms and experiences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in organizational learning, leadership, or Education (required).
• 15+ years in Learning & Development or related field (required).
• Proven ability to influence others and achieve results (required).
• Demonstrated ability to build new programs and deliver on outcomes (required).
• Experience leading a highly effective team (required).
• Proven ability to lead across geography and culture (required).

Responsibilities

• Reimagines, inspires and leads a best-in-class Learning and Development function.
• Leads development and execution of our learning strategy across markets.
• Develops talent pipelines in collaboration with external universities and institutions.
• Ensures learning is embedded in business priorities and leadership development.
