You will create engaging content, enable managers, and facilitate training sessions with a focus on leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement training platforms to improve performance.

• Facilitate training sessions and manage learning experiences.
