Job summary

Verathon in Bothell, WA seeks a Senior Talent Development Manager to design and continuously improve systems that help employees grow—from onboarding to performance management and AI‑driven upskilling. Reporting to the VP, People, the role partners with HRBPs, People Operations, and business leaders to build a metric‑driven development ecosystem.

You will own New Hire onboarding, shape the EVP, lead engagement and inclusion programs, manage the LMS strategy, and develop AI‑enabled career tracks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant, progressive experience in talent development, learning & development, organizational development, or performance management.
• Experience withSituational Leadership and Crucial Conversations frameworks.
• Experience owning or administering an LMS with content strategy and reporting.
• Proficiency with AI tools and applying AI in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and immersion experiences, partnering with stakeholders to improve the journey.
• Shape EVP and employer brand, and manage engagement survey processes with data-driven actions.
• Lead the LMS strategy, curriculum structure, system administration and adoption.
• Develop career tracks, leveling, and promotion standards reflecting AI-augmented work.
• Facilitate StrengthsFinder sessions and drive cross-functional collaboration for program impact.
