• Experience with a Learning Management System and data reporting.
• Fluency with AI tools and applying AI in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and new hire immersion programs, driving a welcoming, effective start for new employees.
• Shape EVP, employer branding, and engagement programs across the talent lifecycle.
• Lead LMS strategy and content, driving adoption and measurable improvements.
• Develop career tracks, competency models, and promotion-ready criteria with AI enhancements.
• Measure program impact with VOC feedback and data-driven reporting.
