Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
6+ years in HR/People Operations or similar roles.
Experience leading HR programs and operations.
Knowledge of HR laws and compliance requirements.
Experience with HR technology and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead HR Technology, HR Operations, Onboarding, Leaves, Compliance, and related services.
Build a scalable, modern People Operations function delivering reliable services.
Own salary planning, performance reviews, promotions, and other recurring talent cycles.
Improve processes using automation and AI where appropriate.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting for HR systems.
Partner with Finance and payroll for accurate, timely pay processing.
