Job summary

Ent is seeking a Director, Talent & Performance to design a single continuous employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding, leveling, performance, and growth, built on AI rails.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, own competency ladders, run the merit and performance cycles, and enable agentic AI while ensuring governance. This role requires scaling people practices for a fast-growing security company.

Qualifications

• Talent and performance is your expertise, with full-cycle ownership.
• Built job architecture or competency ladders across multiple job families.
• Experience at scale (500+ employees) and cross-functional partnership.
• Demonstrated use of agentic AI in people practices with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design a continuous employee lifecycle from hire to promotion and growth.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to close the loop from hiring to onboarding.
• Own competency ladders and ensure managers can make level calls.
• Design and run the performance cycle and partner on the merit cycle.
• Apply agentic AI to reviews, calibration, and reporting with governance.
• Maintain leadership-facing performance metrics and up-to-date dashboards.
• Be the People partner for directors and managers across the org.
• Develop managers' ability to write evidence-based reviews and calibrations.
• Maintain calibration line and handle exceptions with transparency.
