Job summary

Visier Inc. is seeking a Sr. Talent Enablement & Org Development Director to design, enable and measure enterprise-wide talent capabilities. You will act as an internal consultant to enable PBPs and business leaders, driving outcomes across functions with a unified vision.

You will lead talent architecture, leadership effectiveness, and organizational transformation initiatives, while integrating AI-first process automation and sustaining measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Management, Talent Enablement, and Organizational Design within enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record guiding sales and go-to-market organizations through complex methodology pivots.

Responsibilities

• Upskill and empower People Business Partner functions with enablement toolkits and diagnostic frameworks.
• Design and deploy modern talent management strategies including career pathways and succession planning.
• Build leadership development tools and coaching frameworks for people managers during changes.
• Translate business strategies into a talent enablement roadmap for a mid-sized tech company.
• Partner with HR and operations to integrate AI-enabled talent workflows.
