TrueCommerce in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter to act as the talent advisor to North American hiring leaders, owning end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and levels.

You'll partner with managers, build proactive sourcing engines, drive a positive candidate experience, and shape talent strategy to align with business goals.

The role emphasizes speed, data-driven decisions, and a remote-first culture with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in-house.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong sourcing and market mapping capabilities.
• Ability to influence leaders with data-driven insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Remote-first work environment understood.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels for the North American region.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche roles.
• Partner with leaders on organization design, talent risk, and succession planning.
• Support senior leadership hiring and global hiring priorities.
• Lead interviews and communicate clearly with candidates and managers.
• Provide market insights to inform hiring decisions and timelines.
• Drive process improvements and champion employer branding in NA.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
