Job summary

Savara is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting across the company. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role where you will execute every stage of the hiring process, from intake and sourcing to offers and systems administration, with remote flexibility across US time zones.

You will own full lifecycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers and executives, manage ATS and reporting, and shape a best-in-class candidate experience while helping scale a growing

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of full lifecycle recruiting within biotech/pharma.
• Experience operating as a solo Talent Acquisition function or with external partners.
• Proven commitment to candidate and employee experience with efficient processes.
• Advanced skills with ATS, scheduling software, and recruiting tech.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment law.
• Experience recruiting across scientific, clinical, commercial, and corporate roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive partnering.
• Ability to craft authentic employer branding and storytelling.
• Excellent English communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruiting for all vacancies company-wide.
• Partner with executives on role scoping and sourcing strategy.
• Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines across functions.
• Engage external recruiters for surge or specialized searches.
• Design a responsive, transparent candidate and hiring-manager experience.
• Administer recruiting systems and tools (ATS, scheduling, reporting).
• Standardize interview guides, scorecards, and offer workflows.
• Collaborate to strengthen Savara's employer brand.
• Track recruiting metrics and report to CPO and leaders.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
