EXUS is a global technology company seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, actively sourcing and engaging top tech talent. You will shape our employer brand and long-term talent strategy while partnering with hiring managers across a fast-paced organization.

This role emphasizes hands-on sourcing, direct candidate engagement, and building pipelines for senior or hard-to-fill roles. Remote work in the United States is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with international recruitment for technical roles is preferred.
• Hands-on sourcing, interviewing and closing roles.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems like Workable/BambooHR.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles.
• Act as a headhunter: proactively source and map markets.
• Build and nurture high-quality talent pools for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
• Lead employer branding initiatives across channels.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing and screening.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Represent EXUS professionally to external audiences.
