Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in the recruiting function required.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and relationship management.
• Experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment and customer service for Operations and other client areas.
• Act as strategic advisor, partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define workforce needs and role requirements.
• Set and guide the recruitment process for all internal stakeholders, providing guidance for optimal execution.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
• Proactively source and attract diverse, high-quality talent through multiple channels and pipelines.
• Build strong, transparent relationships with candidates to deliver a positive hiring experience.
