You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Digital Operations to implement new approaches and continuously improve how work gets done. The role requires a decade of TA experience, strong project management, and hands-on Workday Recruiting expertise, with change management and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in Talent Acquisition across global or multi-region orgs.
• Proven project management with end-to-end recruiting implementations.
• Hands-on Workday Recruiting knowledge and deployment experience.
• Change management experience with creating communications and training.
• Strong judgement and persuasive communication to align priorities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to present data-driven recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of global Talent Acquisition programs from planning through implementation and improvement.
• Build alignment across global teams, develop recommendations, and drive execution.
• Develop project plans, processes and tools with milestones, responsibilities, risks and measures of success; align global teams and keep implementation moving.
• Lead change management across regions, creating communications, training and support materials tailored for different audiences and markets.
• Analyze recruiting data, feedback and reports to identify trends, evaluate outcomes and drive data-driven improvements.
• Partner with our TA Technology & Enablement Lead and HR Digital Operations to define requirements, test and launch Workday Recruiting solutions that automate and streamline recruiting work.
• Manage vendor relationships by setting expectations, monitoring performance, resolving issues and strengthening future programs.
