Job summary

CommunityCare HMO Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to partner with hiring leaders and deliver comprehensive full-cycle recruiting across the organization.

The role develops sourcing strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will lead recruiting efforts, mentor staff, and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and strong brand presence through outreach and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Minimum five years of talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professionals, leadership, and executive roles preferred.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with proactive sourcing of passive candidates.
• Experience in external staffing or recruiting agency environments is a plus.
• Professional certification such as PHR/SPHR/SHRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team recruiting efforts and provide direction and oversight.
• Develop and deliver integrated recruitment services; consult with hiring managers to identify needs, source, screen, and recommend candidates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities within the HRIS.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure service levels throughout the process.
• Serve as main contact for executive recruiting, including interview itineraries and travel arrangements.
• Enhance candidate experience through onboarding, orientation, training and events.
• Mentor designated department staff and assist with training of new hires.
• Promote brand awareness via social media, community outreach, open houses, campus events, and other methods.
• Evaluate effectiveness of talent strategies and identify process improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulations; report on ad hoc and routine data.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
