Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Four or more (4+) years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting within the healthcare industry strongly preferred; senior living is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience building recruiting reports, dashboards, or metrics tracking is required.
• Advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems; Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills to influence leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Design and optimize recruiting workflows, process maps, and SOPs.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines and workforce plans with hiring managers.
• Build recruiting reports and dashboards and translate ATS data into insights.
• Advise and partner with leaders to assess staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives with Marketing.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and community outreach initiatives.
• Ensure recruiting compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with onboarding and HR teams for smooth new-hire processes.
• Oversee relationships with platforms like Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn; pilot new channels.
