Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare leadership, executive and specialized clinical roles. You will partner with hiring leaders, develop sourcing strategies, and drive candidate engagement while ensuring compliance with credentialing and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field and 3–5 years in progressive healthcare recruitment, with experience using Workday HCM,

Qualifications

• > Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• > An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
• > 3-5 years in progressive healthcare recruitment.
• > Experience utilizing Workday HCM.
• > Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements.
• > Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• > Lead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare leadership, executive, and specialized clinical positions.
• > Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
• > Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, interviews, and criteria.
• > Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• > Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
• > Verify licenses, certifications, and credentialing requirements.
• > Negotiate offers and manage candidates through onboarding.
• > Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• > Represent Concord Hospital at networking events and associations.
• > Support recruitment and community initiatives in partnership with leadership.
