Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive high-impact recruitment across the organization. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for designated senior roles and above, delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while advancing our employer brand in the healthcare space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including healthcare industry experience.
• Experience managing hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (AHCA, DBPR) is a plus.
