Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a direct hire in Dallas, TX. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams in a fast-paced tech-enabled environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing of technical and consulting professionals, and proven ability to partner with senior leadership to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with focus on Professional Services, Delivery and Customer Success.
• Proven track record recruiting for Solutions Architects, Implementation Consultants, Delivery Managers, and Delivery Directors.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise ATS and recruiting analytics.
• Familiarity with immigration/work authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and recruit for technical, consulting, and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and sourcing tools.
• Identify passive candidates in competitive talent markets and engage them.
• Oversee hiring processes from intake through offers and acceptance.
• Conduct competency-based interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Immigration teams on work authorization and visa sponsorship.
• Provide market insights and data-driven recruitment recommendations.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain ATS records.
• Support recruitment across R&D, Sales & Marketing, and G&A functions as needed.
• Promote employer brand and opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Identify process improvements to raise candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
