Wheeler Staffing Partners in Dallas, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract to lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales & Marketing and G&A roles. You will help scale an early-career and campus recruiting program across North America and Brazil, partnering with business leaders in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in-house full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring candidates within Sales, Marketing, and/or G&A functions.
• Strong proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, closing, and onboarding coordination.
• Recruit for positions across Sales, Marketing, and General & Administrative functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Deliver a professional, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Serve as a talent acquisition partner to business leaders, providing market insights and recruiting best practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring processes.
