Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels
• Strong sourcing and candidate-development skills
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting technology
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to recruiting
• Consistently follows through on commitments and proactively communicates status updates and roadblocks
• Ability to contribute ideas that make recruiting more efficient, data-driven, and effective

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for diverse roles
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and networks
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
• Provide regular updates on pipelines, market conditions, and hiring challenges
• Support standardized recruiting processes, templates, and best practices
