ReSource Pro is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles while leading vendor relationships and strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes rapid-cycle hiring, data-driven insights, and collaboration with hiring managers and HRBPs to ensure role requirements are understood and behavioral competencies are identified for success. Remote within the U.S. and eligible for annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition including full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and behavioral interviewing.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment processes and in high-volume behavioral interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions, from entry-level to leadership roles.
• Leverage multiple sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
• Use behavioral thematics to analyze candidate responses and predict alignment with the company culture.
• Lead TA-related projects, including M&A initiatives and process improvements.
• Serve as the primary liaison for metrics and reporting between Talent Acquisition and Global Shared Services.
